Biography
Prof. Feng Wang is from the College of Earth Sciences, Jilin University and the Key Laboratory of Mineral Resources Evaluation in Northeast Asia, Ministry of Natural Resources. He received his bachelor's degree (2008), master's degree (2010) and Doctor's degree (2013) in Earth Science College of Jilin University under the guidance of Prof. Wenliang Xu. From 2013 to 2017, he completed his postdoctoral research at the State Key Laboratory of Isotope Geochemistry, Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (Co-supervisor: Prof. Yigang Xu). From 2017 to 2019, he conducted cooperative study with the Isotope Laboratory, Department of Earth and Space Sciences, University of Washington, (Co-supervisor: Prof. Fang-Zhen Teng). In 2020, he was promoted to professor and awarded the Excellent Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation. In 2021, he was selected as a high-level scientific and technological innovation talent project of the Ministry of Natural Resources. So far, he has published over 60 research papers including Geology, Earth-Science Reviews, Journal of Geophysical Research: Solid Earth, Chemical Geology, etc. He has won two first prizes in natural science of Jilin province, and is now a member of the Professional Committee of Chemical Geodynamics and the Youth Working Committee of the 10th Council of Chinese Society for Mineralogy and Geochemistry.
