Biography
Prof. Wei Han is from the Jilin Province Supercapacitor Engineering Laboratory, Jilin University, and is the deputy director of International Center of Future Science, Jilin University.
He received his BS (1989) and MS (1993) from Jilin University, and then stayed on after graduation. From 1993 to 1997, he received his PhD degree from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia. He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at National Lab of Superhard Materials, Jilin University during 1998-2001. He has been a full Professor in the College of Physics, Jilin University since 2001. He was awarded the Changbai Mountain Professorship in 2014 and elected as the member of the Ukrainian Academy of Engineering in 2022. His main research interest is in clean energy and flexible energy storage devices. He has co-authored over 200 research papers including Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., Energy Environ. Sci., Infomat, etc.
