    Biography

    Prof. Hongyu Bian is from the State Key Laboratory of Integrated optoelectronics, Jilin University.

    She received her BS (2009) and PhD (2017) from Jilin University, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow first at the Shenzhen University and then at National University of Singapore during 2017-2023. Her main research interests are rare-earth doped luminescent nanomaterials, perovskite nanomaterials and nanophotonic devices for high-radiation detection. She has successively developed single-proton thin-film detectors, flexible X-ray high-resolution imaging devices, and all-photon memory devices. She has co-authored research papers including Nature, Nat. Mater., Adv. Mater., Nano Letter, etc.; She has participated in three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of Singapore and has been awarded the title of Young Talent under the Changbai Talents Program of Jilin Province. Currently, She serves as a young editorial board member for BMEMat and Chinese Journal of Luminescence.
