As the consequences of climate change and ozone hole become more visible, an increasing number of people have come to realize the urgency to study dynamics of atmosphere. Millimeter microwave technology is the only technology that can study the dynamics of the mesosphere. We plan to develop the new generation of mm microwave devices. These microwave radiometers can be established as monitoring stations for simultaneous observations CO and O₃ altitude profiles, and wind in the stratosphere and mesosphere in China, Antarctica and Arctic, and build up a united global CO/O₃ monitoring network.
