The China-Belarus Frontiers Forum on Electromagnetic Fields and Optoelectronics - 2025 International Conference on the Cooperation and Integration of Industry, Education, Research and Application was successfully held at Jilin University from October 24 to 26, 2025. Jointly organized by the International Center of Future Science and the College of Electronic Science and Engineering, the forum gathered scholars from both China and Belarus to exchange insights on cutting-edge developments in electromagnetic fields, optoelectronics, and plasma technology.

A delegation of eight experts from the B. I. Stepanov Physical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus participated. The forum featured academic exchanges covering multiple frontier fields, including laser gas sensing, novel semiconductor materials, terahertz technology, laser micro/nano processing, nanomaterials synthesis, radiation detection scintillators, plasma effects, advanced OLED technology, and non-Hermitian photonics. These discussions stimulated vibrant academic dialogue and generated numerous innovative ideas.

During the forum, the Belarusian delegation visited labs of ICFS and the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Optoelectronics.
