    Biography

    Dr. Huiyan Sun is from School of Artificial Intelligence, Jilin University. She received her BS (2011) and PhD (2018) from Jilin University. As a visiting student, she was trained in University of Georgia in USA and University of Macau during 2014-2017. She has been an associate professor in School of Artificial Intelligence, Jilin University since 2021. Her main research interest includes Cancer System Biology, Causal Inference and Machine Learning. She has co-authored over 30 research papers including Cancer Research、National Science Review、PLOS Computational Biology、AAAI, etc.; co-edited 1 book. She was the winner of the Rising Star Award of ACM SIGBIO CHINA in 2022.
